Based in Buckeye, AZ, we provide fresh baked sourdough bread and pastries along with non sourdough cookies and treats. Each baked good is made with non bleached (mainly organic) flour, fresh fruits, vegetables in season when available, and minimally processed ingredients for our add ins and fillings. Our mission is to provide quality goods for our community and more.

Sir Wesleys is named after the cat I adopted on a whim, while living by myself in Boston, MA. Always keeping me on my toes, it is the perfect name to keep his memory alive. Working in the food and beverage industry for years, I've always loved cooking, baking, mixing cocktails, and sourcing as many local ingredients. I love the idea of taking simple ingredients and turning it into something nourishing for my family.
The #1 fan and supporter, Mark is here for all the behind the scenes crazy- finishing a round of loaves, making the bake stand is intact, and having fun at markets!
