After years of cooking and baking for my family and their constant nudging, I decided to take the leap with Sir Wesleys. Through many ideas of what I wanted this to be and many discussions, we have landed here. Every item has been developed, tasted, and revamped based on the input of each team member and others.

Sir Wesleys is named after the cat I adopted on a whim, while living by myself in Boston, MA. Always keeping me on my toes, it is the perfect name to keep his memory alive. Working in the food and beverage industry for years, I've always loved cooking, baking, mixing cocktails, and sourcing as many local ingredients. I love the idea of taking simple ingredients and turning it into something nourishing for my family.
